2. What data we collect

  1. Contact form data: name, phone number, optionally e-mail and the message content (date, hours and type of event, additional information).
  2. Technical data: when analytics is used - anonymous data about site traffic (see point 5).
  3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an enquiry and prepare an offer.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  1. Responding to an enquiry, preparing an offer and contact regarding a booking - under art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to a contract and the controller's legitimate interest).
  2. Performance of the venue rental agreement - art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  3. Analytics and improving the site - art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent to cookies).

4. Recipients and data processing

  1. Data may be processed by trusted IT providers, including the database provider Appwrite (self-hosted on Procesflow infrastructure) and the website hosting provider.
  2. If catering is ordered, the necessary data (e.g. number of guests, date) may be shared with the gastronomy partner solely to deliver the service.
  3. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Google Analytics

  1. The site may use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic analysis. Statistics start only after consent is given in the cookie banner.
  2. Cookies essential to the site's operation (e.g. remembering the language choice and consent decision) do not require consent.
  3. You can withdraw consent at any time using the „Cookie settings" button in the site footer.

6. Retention period

  1. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any booking, then for the limitation period of claims.
  2. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings.

7. Your rights

  1. You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer and object.
  2. For data processed on the basis of consent - the right to withdraw it at any time.
  3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
