Privacy policy
1. Data controller
- The data controller is FHU „Aga", operating the BRDA 144 event space at ul. Krzysztofa Gotowskiego 6 in Bydgoszcz, [VAT no. / registration details].

2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: name, phone number, optionally e-mail and the message content (date, hours and type of event, additional information).
- Technical data: when analytics is used - anonymous data about site traffic (see point 5).
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an enquiry and prepare an offer.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to an enquiry, preparing an offer and contact regarding a booking - under art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps prior to a contract and the controller's legitimate interest).
- Performance of the venue rental agreement - art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Analytics and improving the site - art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent to cookies).
4. Recipients and data processing
- Data may be processed by trusted IT providers, including the database provider Appwrite (self-hosted on Procesflow infrastructure) and the website hosting provider.
- If catering is ordered, the necessary data (e.g. number of guests, date) may be shared with the gastronomy partner solely to deliver the service.
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
- The site may use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic analysis. Statistics start only after consent is given in the cookie banner.
- Cookies essential to the site's operation (e.g. remembering the language choice and consent decision) do not require consent.
- You can withdraw consent at any time using the „Cookie settings" button in the site footer.
6. Retention period
- Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any booking, then for the limitation period of claims.
- Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings.
7. Your rights
- You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer and object.
- For data processed on the basis of consent - the right to withdraw it at any time.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
